The Sunday morning worship service at FPC Waskom provides an opportunity for God's children to worship Him in spirit and in truth. We worship God in spirit through our passion and adoration as we ascribe to Him the praise of which He alone is worthy. We worship Him in truth by ensuring each element of worship is biblical and reverent. In short, our worship service is simple and eloquent.

The result of this approach to worship is you will be drawn into the presence of God as you enter our beautiful sanctuary that was constructed in the 1930's. You may come tired and weary, worried or hurting, but we are confident that you will leave our sanctuary refreshed, with a new sense of hope and peace and comfort.

Our sermons are based on the Bible. They are relevant to what you are going through in life and to what we are going through as a church. The preaching at FPC Waskom will touch your heart and challenge your mind; it will alter your trajectory in a more Godward direction as your sin is exposed and your path is recalculated to the way of the cross.

The people at FPC Waskom are a diverse group. We span the age range from birth through nineties, every decade is represented! We have businessmen, professionals, blue-collar workers, retirees and some who are looking for a better job. We have people from various races and denominational backgrounds and the gospel knits us all together into one united body of believers. We are a small but growing congregation that enjoys being together.
