At the First Presbyterian Church of Waskom we strive to maintain a healthy balance between caring for our people while reaching out to non-Christians with the gospel of God's grace in Christ. To ensure that our members are being discipled, we have men's and women's ministries, various small groups, and Sunday School programs for all ages. Additionally, at FPC we have a huge heart for our town - Waskom, Texas - and we are bold in reaching out to our neighbors with the grace and truth of Christ. We believe that the gospel has power to transform individual lives and families and even entire towns or cities.
FPC of Waskom hosts the following:
- Weekly prayer meeting
- Local AA meetings
- The compassion of Christ that we ourselves have received
Together, we worship God in the splendor of His holiness, we grow in the grace and knowledge of Christ and we engage in the proclamation of the gospel in Waskom and throughout the world, all for the glory of God.
